• Independent local delivery partners to provide logistics and delivery fulfillment services.
• Area/franchise partners to coordinate and manage local town clusters.

3. User Eligibility and Account

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.

4. Ordering, Booking & Pricing

Prices for products and services listed on ziko are set by the respective independent local merchants or service providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, prices, menu availability, and delivery charges are subject to change. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and platform convenience charges will be clearly displayed before order placement.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines indicated on the platform are estimates based on distance, traffic, weather, and store preparation times. Deliveries are carried out by independent local delivery partners connected via the ziko platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names ("ziko"), graphics, user interfaces, code, and content displayed on the website and app are the proprietary property of LK Enterprise or its content suppliers and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ziko functions as a technology facilitator connecting consumers with third-party local merchants and service providers. LK Enterprise is not the manufacturer or chef of ordered products and shall not be liable for quality defects arising solely from the merchant, beyond facilitating eligible refunds and resolutions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Howrah / Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
